**ALL ITEMS NEED TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF DATE PURCHASED**
We want you to be a completely satisfied customer! However, if you aren’t please contact us so we can try to make you happy! Please e-mail us asap if you need a different size, and we can hold it aside if we have it. We will ship the new size out after we receive the returned item.
If you just want to return the item and get a refund please e-mail us as to why. You will be responsible for the return shipping. When we receive the undamaged garment, we will refund purchase price less shipping.
Items to be returned must be:
*Unworn, unwashed, un-altered in ANY way.
*Garments can not have any stains whatsoever on them
*Must have original tags on them
*Must receive item within 10 days of the purchase date for a refund.
*Refunds will be issued with the original form of payment
*Defects MUST not include any mistakes made on your part while washing/caring for garment. Please pay attention to the care label on inside of clothing!
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you receive an item that is defective or has been damaged during shipping, we will replace the item at no cost to you. We ask that you email us a picture of the damaged item to email@example.com.

Our goal is to make you happy with your purchase, so we will work with you as best as we can.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Gift certificates can only be used in the store.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
