I absolutely dread shopping. Going into a shop can be a little scary at times — “what if nothing looks good?” “What if the staff is rude?” “What if nothing in the store fits?” Laura’s has completely taken the fear and dread out of shopping. They ALWAYS greet me with a smile and go out of their way to make sure I feel comfortable. They give honest advise and never just try to sell you something.
